ITEM: DISCUSS QUARTERLY PUBLICATION OF INFORMATION ITEMS

Meeting Date: March 10, 2004

At the February 24, 2004 Chair/Vice Chair meeting, a request was made that staff determine which Informational Items provided in the monthly Board packets could be published quarterly or merged together. This would reduce the size of the Board packets and time spent on production and review of the packets.

Based on input from District staff, some informational items have been identified as quarterly reports. Shown below is a list of items that will be published monthly beginning with the March 15, 2004 packet, and those that will be provided on a quarterly basis in January, April, July, and October.
